Short bio on the professional experience	Prof. Lena Tsipouri has extensive knowledge in research and innovation policy through academic research and participation in EU, OECD and UNESCO assignments and projects. She was involved i.a. in the following evaluations in recent years: - Expert Evaluation Network delivering Policy Analysis on the Performance of Cohesion Policy 2007-2013, coordinated by Ismeri Europa S.r.l., funded by European Commission - DG Regional Policy (2010 – in progress); - Interim Evaluation of International Cooperation Activities of the Seventh Framework Programme's Capacities Programme, funded by the European Commission, DG Research (2010); - European Commission, Interim Evaluation of the Eurostars Joint Programme, Group of Independent Experts (July - December 2010); - Multiple Framework Contracts for the provision of Impact Assessment and Evaluation-related services.
