The non-commercial creation, use and sharing of copies in electronic or printed form is allowed and should guarantee the widespread publicity as long as the content remains unaltered, the source is specified (EVAL-INNO - Fostering Evaluation Competencies in Research, Technology and Innovation in the SEE Region, www.eval-inno.eu, funded by the South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme) and no third party rights are affected.
